The Bulova Moon Watch is a fully functional replica of the Bulova chronograph worn on the 1971 Apollo 15 mission to the moon. However, this timepiece has been updated with a 62 kHz frequency for unparalleled accuracy. This historical watch is encased in solid 316L surgical-grade stainless steel and features a black dial with super-luminous hands and indices, a date window, anti-reflective sapphire glass, and a tachymeter. Included with the timepiece are two interchangeable straps: one is a textured black leather strap while the other is a black nylon strap with a nubuck leather patch that commemorates the date of mission (DOM) as 08021971. The timepiece and both straps are presented together in a gift box, along with a Certificate of Authenticity.
