How do I return an item purchased online?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange or refund the item within 30 days after it was shipped, EXCEPT Closeout, Altered, Sized, Special Order, and Custom Made Jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged. Download our  Return Form and mail your merchandise to:

All merchandise must be in the original condition, accompanied by the original receipt and is subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed.

Please return your purchase via U. S. Postal Service, be sure to insure the package for the value of the item and send Return Receipt Requested. Customer is responsible for return postage.

Do you offer layaway?

Yes. We offer a 90-day layaway program. A 20% deposit is required for a layaway purchase. Deposit is refundable within 30 days. The remaining layaway balance is to be paid in 3 equal payments. After 30 days the deposit for a cancelled layaway purchase may be used as an in-store credit.

How can I maintain my Lifetime Limited Diamond Warranty if I’m not located near a Morgan Jewelers store?

Do you offer any warranties on your merchandise?

Yes, we currently offer two different warranty plans. The Lifetime Limited Diamond Jewelry Warranty accompanies all diamond merchandise. The Peace of Mind extended warranty plan covers most other jewelry repairs.

What is the Lifetime Limited Diamond Jewelry Warranty?

This free warranty covers the replacement of any LOST diamond with one of equal value. Terms and conditions are required to maintain the Lifetime Limited Diamond Jewelry Warranty. Please refer to the Diamond Warranty page for more information. Learn more.

What is the Peace of Mind plan?

The Peace of Mind extended warranty plan covers most repairs and maintenance on all jewelry merchandise (excluding watches). This includes but is not limited to: ring sizing, soldering, rhodium plating, re-tipping of prongs, tightening of stones, and replacement of chipped or cracked diamonds or gemstones. What is Morgan Jewelers return and refund policy?

Online purchases have the same return policy as in-store purchases. You may return or exchange your merchandise within 30 days. Learn more.

Do you have a trade-in policy?

Yes. Our trade-in policy only applies to diamond jewelry. After your original purchase Morgan Jewelers will give you full credit for the original purchase price of your jewelry (regardless of the age or condition of the original mounting), towards another diamond jewelry purchase. The price of the new jewelry must be at least twice the price of the original purchase. (Diamond “tennis” bracelets excluded.)

What is your policy regarding conflict diamonds?

Morgan Jewelers does not sell conflict/blood diamonds and promises all diamond purchases to be conflict free.

What is a special order item?

A special order item is any merchandise created at a customer’s request. Special orders consist of but are not limited to: any item not available in stock, sized, engraved, altered and/or custom made. Special orders take up to 6-8 weeks for shipping and are subject to price change due to gold market.

Can I return a special order item?

Special order items are non-returnable as they are custom made to each individual’s specifications.

How can I check the status of my special order?

For in-store special orders please contact the store location where the order was placed. For online special orders email us at [email protected].

What does "stock size" mean?

Morgan Jewelers carries most rings in a stock size 7 for women and 10 for men. Please refer to the Size Drop Down menu for specific stock sizes when ordering online. Any size other than stock size will need to be sized by our goldsmith or special ordered and is non-returnable.

How does ring sizing work?

A skilled goldsmith will cut the bottom of the shank with a fine saw blade and add or remove metal until the correct size is achieved. Rings can be sized in full, half, or quarter sizes. Due to some design limitations, certain rings cannot be sized and must be special ordered.

What are alternative metals?

Many modern men’s bands are constructed out of non-traditional metals. Alternative metals include: titanium, ceramic, cobalt, chrome, tungsten, vitalium and stainless steel.

Can alternative metals be sized (i.e. tungsten, cobalt chrome, ceramic , etc.)?

No. Alternative metals cannot be sized. If you need a different size we allow one free size exchange within 30 days of purchase.

How do I know my ring size?

Go into any Morgan Jewelers location for a free ring sizing or download our free ring sizer here.

How long does it take to size a ring?

Allow 5-7 business days for ring sizings.

How can I get an item repaired?

Take your Morgan Jewelers merchandise into any store location or download our Repair Form and mail your repair to:

Repairs mailed to our corporate office have a turn-around time of 3-5 weeks from the date merchandise is received.

How can I check the status of my repair?

For in-store repairs please contact the location you left your item for repair. For corporate repairs email: [email protected] for status updates.

What’s the best way to care for my jewelry?

The safest way to care for your jewelry is to use warm water and a soft cloth. Have your jewelry cleaned and inspected by a jewelry professional every 6 months.

What is a Morgan Jewelers charge card?

You will be issued a Morgan Jewelers charge card when you open a Morgan Jewelers credit account. Repairs, service plans and new merchandise may be charged to this card. New purchases will be reviewed and are subject to credit approval each time a new purchase is made.

How do I apply for a Morgan Jewelers credit account?

Go into any Morgan Jewelers location or download and print the credit application here. Bring a photo ID, three references, and proof of employment into any Morgan Jewelers location. Applying usually takes less than 15 minutes. We offer several flexible payment options. With an average approval rate of over 85%, getting the credit you deserve is easy at Morgan Jewelers. In some cases a down payment may be required.

How do I pay for my Morgan Jewelers credit account?

You can make payments online or in-store. You can also make payments over the phone by calling our credit department at 1-800-825-4561. All payments are due on the 28th of each month.

Can I check my account balance online?

Yes! We have a brand new online credit portal which allows credit account customers to view their account details, statements, and make online payments. Credit account customers must first create an online account on our website and then link thier credit account to their online account.

Can I pay my credit account online?

Yes. You can make payments to your credit account by visiting morganjewelers.com using a credit card or eCheck.

What is the difference between white gold and platinum?

White gold is pure gold that is mixed with alloys to give it a white color. Platinum is pure metal that is naturally white and much more durable and stronger than white gold.

Do you offer engraving?

Yes. Morgan Jewelers offers engraving on rings. It can take up to ten days for this service. For a price quote on specific engraving requests, please visit your local Morgan Jewelers store (engraving is not available on morganjewelers.com).

What’s the difference between lab-created and natural gemstones?

Lab-created stones are formed in a controlled environment whereas natural gemstones are formed by mother nature's natural processes. Both share the same physical, chemical and visual properties. The lab produced stone is usually free from major defects and can be structurally stronger than its natural counterpart while also achieving optimum color.
