The Lifetime Limited Diamond Jewelry Warranty comes with every Morgan Jewelers diamond jewelry purchase!

Lifetime Limited Diamond Jewelry Warranty

We GUARANTEE complete satisfaction on your Morgan Jewelers Diamond Jewelry purchase. Your diamond jewelry warranty covers the replacement of any diamond (with one of equal value) that is lost while it is in its original mounting, provided a Leading Jewelers Guild jeweler cleans and inspects (at no charge) your diamond(s) and mounting at least once every six months and records the inspection on this warranty certificate. There are no warranties, written or oral, other than as set forth herein.

Morgan Jewelers and/or the warrantor shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Morgan Jewelers and/or the warrantor guarantees the diamonds are all natural, and have never been drilled or fracture filled, or otherwise enhanced for color or clarity. In addition, Morgan Jewelers and any Leading Jewelers Guild jeweler will give you full credit for the original purchase price of your jewelry (regardless of the age or condition of the original mounting), towards another diamond jewelry purchase, provided the price of the new jewelry is at least twice the original purchase price. Acceptable trade-in items include diamond solitaire ring, solitaire pendant, solitaire earrings, diamond engagement ring or diamond bridal set. Precious and semiprecious gemstone jewelry (with or without diamonds), diamond jewelry items set in metals other than gold, platinum or palladium, diamond tennis bracelets and necklaces, multi-diamond pendants and earrings, and clearance jewelry are not eligible for trade-in. Please retain and show your original sales slip at time of trade-in.

This warranty is not valid on diamond jewelry purchases over $5000. If plan or covered jewelry is purchased on credit, plan will be honored only while purchaser’s account is current.

Should the Leading Jewelers Guild diamond jewelry purchase be repaired or modified by a person or entity who is not an authorized Leading Jewelers Guild jeweler, all warranties and guarantees herein shall be void and of no further force or effect whatsoever. This plan does not replace normal casualty insurance coverage. Ask you insurance agent for details on covering your fine jewelry purchase.

The trademarks inside your diamond jewelry means that we stand behind your purchase with a lifetime of protection and service. To keep your jewelry looking new and to keep this Lifetime Warranty in effect, your diamond jewelry must be inspected and professionally cleaned at least once every six months and the inspection verified on warranty form.

All Leading Jewelers Guild jewelers will do this at no charge. Any Leading Jewelers Guild jeweler will honor this warranty and give you a free professional cleaning and inspection at any time. Be sure to bring your warranty certificate with you when you have your jewelry cleaned and inspected.

Between professional cleanings, your diamond's maximum brilliance can be maintained with our specially formulated Diamond and Jewelry Cleaner. Dip your ring in the cleaner solution, and then brush the diamond with a soft, clean brush. Wipe with a soft towel. Follow these few easy tips and your diamond will remain as beautiful as the day you bought it, for years to come.

We urge you to insure your jewelry as soon as possible, as you would any other major purchase. Please contact your insurance agent for full details. Appraisals (for insurance or estate purposes) for jewelry purchased, provided at a discounted rate. Be sure to keep your certificate and your original sales slip with your important papers.

Gemstone Disclosures: Many natural/genuine gemstones are processed and/or enhanced from the time they are extracted from the earth by one or more traditionally accepted jewelry industry practices. All natural/genuine gemstones sold in our stores have probably been subjected to a stable and possibly undetectable enhancement process. All relevant information will be readily provided to the best of our knowledge. Prevailing market values are based on these accepted processes by the gem and jewelry trade. Created gemstones have the same chemical and mineral characteristics as their natural counterparts; the difference is that they have been created in the laboratory. Cultured pearls may have been bleached and/or dyed to achieve their color. All relevant information will be readily provided to the best of our knowledge.

Your Responsibility

Care for your jewelry according to the instructions in your Lifetime Limited Diamond Warranty or Love Story® Lifetime Limited Warranty. This includes periodic inspections to check for loose prongs and other potential problems. Your Lifetime Limited Diamond Warranty or Love Story® Lifetime Limited Warranty offers valuable benefits including trade-in value guarantee and lost diamond replacement (see warranty for details).

How to use your Plan

Simply take the protected item, along with your plan certificate and your original sales receipt to Morgan Jewelers or any Leading Jewelers Guild jeweler. If this is inconvenient, please contact Morgan Jewelers customer service at 1-800-234-0508 for instructions on where and how to send the jewelry. It is the customer's responsibility to prepay postage/freight charges and insure the jewelry for its full value.

1.What is covered. In consideration of payment of the Plan fee, Jeweler will furnish labor and materials necessary to maintain the merchandise referenced by the sales invoice, in a usable and wearable condition, provided such service is normal merchandise wear and to the extent that any and all provisions of underlying warranties and guarantees have been properly met. The terms of this Plan shall commence on the date of the sales invoice and continue for the time period of five years. This Plan covers additional conditions expressly not provided for under the Lifetime Limited Diamond Warranty or Love Story® Lifetime Limited Warranty.

All maintenance/repairs shall be completed by issuing Jeweler, or by a repair center of issuing Jeweler's choice. Nothing herein shall obligate Morgan Jewelers to repair or replace materials resulting from excessive or abusive treatment of the merchandise other than normal wear and tear. This plan applies only to the use of this merchandise under conditions for which it was designed and does not cover loss or damage resulting from fire, flooding, sand, dirt, windstorm, hail, lightning, earthquake, theft, misuse, abuse or Acts of God. Customer must and shall perform all maintenance required by certain underlying warranties to maintain the merchandise in such usable and wearable conditions provided in said warranties. Loss or damage resulting from failure to comply with recommended services and/or maintenance under such warranties and/or guarantees is not covered by this Plan. In no event shall Jeweler be liable for consequential damages or delays in rendering service under this plan, or loss of use during the period that the merchandise is being repaired or otherwise awaiting parts. Parts may be replaced with others of like kind and quality. This Plan does not include replacement of ring shank due to loss of gold.

2. How to use your Plan. Simply take the covered item, along with this Plan and your original sales receipt to any Morgan Jewelers or Leading Jewelers Guild jeweler’s locations. NOTE: Unauthorized repairs will void this Plan. This Plan is non-transferable.

3. This Plan is for the benefit of the original customer or receiver of merchandise, in case of gift and is non-transferable.

4. Plan fee is non-refundable.

5. This instrument sets forth the entire agreement between the parties and no representations, promise or condition not contained herein shall modify these terms. This plan does not cover items that need to be completely refurbished due to excessive abuse.

THIS PLAN DOES NOT REPLACE NORMAL CASUALTY INSURANCE COVERAGE. ASK YOUR INSURANCE AGENT FOR DETAILS ON COVERING YOU FINE JEWELRY PURCHASE.

Love Story® Lifetime Limited Warranty

The Love Story® Lifetime Limited Warranty comes with every Love Story® Diamonds jewelry purchase!

WE GUARANTEE complete satisfaction on your Love Story® diamond jewelry purchase. Your Love Story® Lifetime Limited Warranty covers the replacement of any diamond (with one of equal value) that is lost while it is in its original mounting, provided a Leading Jewelers Guild jeweler cleans and inspects (at no charge) your diamond(s) and mounting at least every six months and records the inspection on this certificate. There are no warranties, written or oral, other than as set forth herein. Morgan Jewelers and/or the warrantor shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. In addition, any Leading Jewelers Guild jeweler will give you full credit for the original purchase price of the Love Story® diamond jewelry (regardless of the age or condition of the original mounting), towards another Love Story® diamond jewelry purchase, provided the price of the new jewelry is at least twice the original purchase price. Morgan Jewelers and any Leading Jewelers Guild jeweler guarantees the quality of the diamonds to be as represented on the accompanying Certificate of Authenticity, and further that the diamonds are all natural, and have never been drilled or fracture filled, or otherwise enhanced for color or clarity. Should concerns over the exact grade of a Love Story® diamond arise, your Love Story® Jeweler will defer to an accredited laboratory such as the GIA or AGS for an unbiased third party opinion. Your Love Story® diamond should grade as well or better than listed above. In the unlikely event that an accredited lab should grade a diamond lower than indicated in the Certificate, your Morgan Jewelers and any Leading Jewelers Guild jeweler will cheerfully pay the cost of the laboratory report and accept the return of the merchandise in question for a full refund, or provide a new diamond already graded to meet the specifications described in the certificate.

Your Diamond: A Lifetime of Brilliance!

To keep your diamond looking new and to keep this Lifetime Warranty in effect, your diamond ring must be inspected and professionally cleaned every six months and the inspection verified in writing on the back of the warranty form. Leading Jewelers Guild jewelers will do this at no charge. In addition to the required inspections, please feel free to bring your ring in at any time for professional cleaning and inspection.
