Simple 30-Day Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly exchange or issue a refund for an original unworn item within 30 days of shipping date. Below are the key points of our return and exchange policy:
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- Time Frame: Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the item's shipment date.
- Condition of Merchandise: All merchandise must be in original condition and must be unworn, accompanied by the original receipt. (including all provided documentation or certification(s))
- Exclusions and Considerations:
- Special Orders: No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for items that are special ordered (sized, engraved, altered, or custom-made)
- Clearance or Closeout Merchandise: Refunds cannot be issued for clearance or closeout items.
- Sizing Exchanges: additional fees may apply based on current gold/silver market prices and size needed. It is necessary to add SRVR00017 to cart for the re-sizing process to be added to your purchase.

Refund Options
- Once your return merchandise is received, reviewed and verified; we will issue a credit to original form of payment. This typically takes 5-7 business days after the receipt and verification of the merchandise return. Less any charges or restocking fees or shipping charges.

Refund Process
- In-Store Returns/Exchanges: You may return items to the Morgan Jewelers location where you made your original purchase.
- Shipping Returns: You can also return items via shipping to our Morgan Management Online Department
- To initiate a return by shipping, you must first fill out this return form. *Return authorization RA# are provided withing 1-2 business days after request*
- Use a trusted carrier such as UPS or FedEx for shipping returns, we will send a shipping label to the email provided in form linked below.
- Be sure to Insure the package for the amount paid and request a Return Receipt for confirmation of delivery.

Important Notes:
- Return Policy is subject to change without notice.
- Special Orders: These items cannot be returned
- Size Exchanges or Special Sizing Requests: May incur an additional fee based on gold/silver market and stock availability (certain items such as eternity bands, tension bands, etc. cannot be resized). Special sizes needed (aside from stock size) will incur a sizing fee per size needed based on current gold market. It is necessary to add SRVR00017 to cart for the re-sizing process to be added to your purchase.
- Return Authorization: To ensure a smooth return process, please call 1-800-234-0508 x 137 or email [email protected] to receive a Return Authorization before sending any items back. This is required for any return to be accepted.
- Return Limit: Returns are limited to 1 free return per order pending applicable return approved. (any additional returns will incur shipping, handling, and market fees)
- Return Fees: Accepted returns are applicable to fees based on the condition of item received.
